The role of the shaft:
1.The role of the drive shaft is to transmit the power of the engine to the wheels together with the gearbox and the drive axle, so that the car can generate driving force. The drive shaft is a rotating body with high speed and little support, so its dynamic balance is very important. Generally before leaving the factory, the drive shaft is carried out balancing test and adjusted on the balancing machine. For front-engine rear-wheel drive cars, the rotation of the transmission is transferred to the shaft of the main reducer. It can be several parts, and these parts can be connected by a universal joint.
2.The drive shaft is composed of a shaft tube, a telescopic sleeve and a universal joint. The drive shaft is used to connect or assemble various accessories. The accessories of round objects that can be moved or rotated are generally made of light alloy steel tubes with good torsion resistance. For cars with front engines and rear wheel drive, the rotation of the transmission is transferred to the shaft of the main reducer, which can be connected by several universals.
