(2) The disk surface is drilled through the reamer, and the position of the tire hole is checked with the inspection tool disk to ensure the consistency of the hole diameter and the perfection of concentricity.
(3) In order to prevent the possibility of oil leakage of 1/10000, the machining center adopts the processing technology of rough boring and fine boring for the shaft hole; The 10 threaded holes at the bottom of the wheel hub reducer housing are all blind holes (most of the wheel hub reducer housing on the market are through holes).
(4) When drilling the legs of the wheel rim planet carrier, in order to prevent the angle from being slanted when the hole is deep, which may reduce the service life of the planet carrier after assembling the wheel rim assembly, the wheel hub reducer housing of Fukai brand is drilled and positioned 2.5mm in the machining center first, and then the vertical drilling is completed (most brands of planet carriers are made directly at one time).
(5) After the wheel rim is formed, it will be polished one by one with metallographic instrument, and then inspect each product on delivery to ensure the stability of the material of each product.
(6) The optional gears, planetary shafts, planetary gaskets, needle bearings, stabilizing pins, and wheel-side screws of the wheel side assembly are all the products of the main engine supporting factory, with fine appearance, stable and reliable quality.
(7) The Fukai brand wheel rim assembly is equipped with repair kits (including circlips, adjusting gaskets, wheel oil plugs, sun gear gaskets, gloves, etc.) required for maintenance.
The wheel reducer is mainly composed of sun gear, planetary gear, ring gear and planetary gear carrier.
