Function

The role of the balance axis:
 

1.The balance shaft can make the rear axle and middle rear axle carry evenly, carry large load and work reliably. We can think of the axis of balance as a seesaw. The balance shaft bracket is on the large shelf and is regarded as the support point of the seesaw. The balance shaft housing is mounted on the balance shaft support through the bearing and can be rotated around the balance shaft support. The steel plate is mounted on the balance shaft housing and fixed on the housing by the riding bolt.

2.The steel plate can be regarded as the board of the seesaw. The two ends of the steel plate are married to one end of the two axle housings by rubber supports (elastic connection). There is no rigid fixation between the steel plate and the axle housing, and small longitudinal sliding can be done, coupled with the longitudinal deformation of the rubber support. The end of the axle housing can be seen as a cute little child hanging from the rubber support, up and down.

3.The function of the balance shaft is to make the tire easily warped and have a large movement without affecting the other three-sided tires. In the final analysis, it is able to make the deformation of the two ends of the steel plate corresponding to each other, so as to better absorb shock.

4.Split balance shaft, and one piece. The integral is a steel plate seat instead of a rubber bearing, hard contact.
